DeltaHub Minimalistic Desk Mat

A minimalistic felt desk mat that I ended up replacing. While it looks great, the vegan felt material started pilling — forming small balls of tissue after a few weeks of use. Worse, the felt texture was rough on my forearms during long sessions, causing discomfort.

Pros:

• Clean, minimalistic look
• Anti-slip dots on the bottom work well
• Available in multiple sizes
• Vegan-friendly material

Cons:

• Pilling — the felt forms small balls of fibre quickly
• Rough on forearms during extended use — caused irritation
• Not ideal as a mouse surface (too much friction)

Replaced with the Journey ALTI which has a smoother vegan leather surface and the bonus of wireless charging. If you’re looking for aesthetics over comfort, the DeltaHub looks nice — but for daily all-day use, I’d look elsewhere.
